Parent to Neurodivergent Young Person
"I am so grateful to have found Michelle, The support she provided at such a challenging time was incredible, I truly believe that Michelle was the only person who ‘got my daughter’. She helped us to understand my daughter's behaviour and supported us with ways to help.
I would thoroughly recommend Michelle to anyone facing difficulties with a neurodivergent child. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge."
Adult 34, Late diagnosed ADHD
"I started working with Michelle just after my ADHD (Combined type) diagnosis at 31, when I was unsure of myself, worried about what my diagnosis meant, and feeling lost and unsupported by most of the healthcare professionals I’d had contact with. She’s been an incredible advocate, coach and counsellor since then, and has supported me through countless life hurdles. Throughout our sessions I have learned so much about myself, my needs, and my relationships., and I will be forever grateful to have had Michelle’s support and expertise to guide me over the last few years."
AuDHD Parent to 3 AuDHD Young People
"I have been a client of Michelles for over 3 years now and my daughter also attends fortnightly sessions. The time is invaluable to us as we’re able to explore ways to help both of us and the whole family! Being able to talk to someone with lived experience and proper training to help our AuDHD brains has been a life changer. The help and support offered to us has been amazing and I can honestly say we would not be managing life half as well without it. Our whole family benefits from the holistic approach and from a purely person point I feel seen and supported in ways I never knew I could be."
ADHD Parent to AuDHD Son
"We found Michelle at a critical point in our family’s journey in discovering neurodivergence - and thank goodness we did. My then (undiagnosed) 11 YO was struggling hugely, and as a family we were completely lost. With Michelle’s guidance the shift has been life changing. Her authentic passion, academic knowledge, and lived experience provides a level of understanding that is unique, relatable, and 4 years on, I continue my own personal journey with Michelle after my own ADHD diagnosis at age 52 - There’s a lot to unpack!"
Adult 31, Late Diagnosed Autistic
"Michelle has been a huge support to me since I started working with her after my diagnosis of autism. Her clear and compassionate approach is grounded in academic research, a deep subject knowledge, and a passion for the work that she does"
Late diagnosed ADHD Parent to 3 ND young People
"Michelle has been crucial to our whole family’s understanding of our multiple (similar yet also very different) neurotypes, helping all of us through some really difficult and very bleak times and continuing to support us as we all grow into better places. She has been a steady constant in our lives for several years, when finding useful help has been patchy and near impossible elsewhere. So glad I went to her first parenting course which was a total revelation compared to all the others I’ve been on, not only did she know the most current scientific facts about ND but she’d also lived it and had actually experienced the real-life battles we were facing - I don't want to think about where we’d be by now without her help."
Late diagnosed AuDHD
"I started working with Michelle in January 2024 because I wanted to prepare myself for starting university. I had a previous failed attempt which was mainly due to mental health issues and not understanding the impact neurodivergence (autism) was having on my ability to manage uni work and social interactions especially.
Through working with Michelle it was noticed that I had signs of ADHD and her support and guidance has been instrumental in navigating the ADHD assessment forms and getting a private diagnosis in September 2025.
I'm learning strategies and techniques that help me to understand myself better. Michelle also supports me to have a kinder attitude to my struggles particularly when it comes to neurodivergence and I am becoming more neuro affirming. Overall I am more accepting of myself.
Through Michelle's support and using ADHD medication I am coming to the completion of my first year of uni, this is my third attempt.
If you are unsure about Michelle, I'd definitely have a session and see if she is a fit for you."
Parent of AuDHD Teenager
"My son, who is AuDHD, and I have been attending monthly sessions with Michelle for the past couple of years, and we’re so glad we found her. Her knowledge and lived experience have been invaluable to us. My son finds the sessions really helpful, and as a parent, I’ve gained a much better understanding of what he may be experiencing.
Michelle also offers practical strategies and a wide range of helpful guidance to support him.
She is approachable, easy to talk to, and completely non-judgmental. We would happily recommend her to anyone."
