Foundations of Neurodivergent Identity

5 modules · £75 individual / £225 team each

  • Thinking Styles and Attention Differences Across Neurotypes

Explores attention, thinking styles, an executive functioning across neurotypes. This module reframes attention as dynamic, context shaped, and meaningful rather than simply “good” or “poor,” supporting a deeper understanding of focus, energy, engagement, and cognitive flow across different environments and demands.

  • Executive Function, Capacity Awareness & Neurodivergent Safety

Explores executive functioning through the interconnected lenses of capacity, safety, energy, and environment - supporting a more compassionate understanding of how demand, sensory load, and emotional regulation shape what people can access and sustain.

  • Masking, Camouflaging & Identity Expression

Explores masking, adaptation, and identity expression in relation to safety, belonging, and social expectation — including the emotional and relational cost of long-term camouflaging, with space to reflect on authenticity and identity development.

  • Intersecting Neurotypes: Understanding Co-occurring ADHD and Autism

Explores co-occurring ADHD and autism (AuDHD), examining how overlapping and contrasting traits shape identity, regulation, attention, communication, and daily life — moving beyond single-neurotype models.

  • The Sensory System: Integration, Intensity, and Insight

Explores sensory processing, intensity, integration, and regulation across neurodivergent lives — and how sensory experiences shape attention, behaviour, wellbeing, emotional safety, and participation across everyday environments.

Identity, Expression & Lived Experience

5 modules · £75 individual / £225 team each

  • Neurodivergence and Gender Expression

Explores the intersection of gender, identity, and neurodivergent experience - including masking, identity fluidity, self-expression, and systemic expectation, with attention to how safety and recognition shape lived experience.

  • Identity Formation Within Systems: A Trauma- and ND-Informed Approach

Explores how identity is shaped within systems such as family, education, community, and society - through trauma-informed and neurodivergent-informed perspectives on belonging, exclusion, and self-concept.

  • Loss, Transition, and Self-Discovery in Neurodivergent Experience

Explores grief, identity shifts, transition, and self-discovery - including loss beyond bereavement, such as missed recognition, belonging, and the emotional impact of living within or against systems that shape identity.

  • Play as Practice: Expression and Flow in ND Lives

Explores play, creativity, flow, and expression as vital parts of neurodivergent life - framing play not as secondary or childlike, but as a pathway for regulation, identity, experimentation, restoration, and joy.

  • Complex Identities, Complex Needs: Inclusive Responses to Marginalisation

Explores intersectionality, marginalisation, and complex support needs - examining how multiple identities, systemic barriers, and unequal access shape wellbeing, safety, recognition, and the responses people receive.
