Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy
A flexible combination of counselling and coaching for individuals, couples, and families, supporting identity exploration, self-understanding, and ways of living that work with your neurodivergence rather than against it.
Sessions are available in person or online, including for those navigating cross-neurotype relationships.
Benefit of Booking
Many people come feeling exhausted from masking, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure why things feel harder than they appear for others. This is a space to explore those experiences with curiosity rather than judgement — developing self-understanding, self-acceptance, and ways of living that feel more authentic and sustainable.

What is the service?
Sessions combine person-centred counselling with existential coaching and neurodivergent-affirming practice. Our work may involve exploring identity, making sense of past experiences, understanding burnout or overwhelm, and finding ways to support wellbeing within individual lives, relationships, or families.
Sessions can include reflection, discussion, thinking time, practical strategies, and psychoeducation. Therapy is collaborative and flexible — you don't need to arrive with clear goals or knowing what to say. Communication differences, sensory needs, and processing time are always respected.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

Session Information
Weekly or fortnightly sessions are usually recommended, although this can be discussed depending on your needs. Extended sessions may be available where additional time would be helpful.

Our Values
Understanding
Understanding often begins with knowledge. Through reflection and psychoeducation, we explore how your neurodivergence, identity, and environment interact, and experiences that once felt confusing can begin to make sense. Many people start to recognise how internalised ableism and societal expectations have shaped the way they see themselves, opening space for greater self-compassion.
Self-Acceptance
As insight grows, many people begin exploring what it might mean to live with greater self-acceptance rather than continually adapting to meet expectations. Together we explore how your experiences have shaped your sense of identity and worth, and develop a more compassionate relationship with your neurodivergent self.
Living authentically
As understanding and self-acceptance grow, many people begin exploring what it means to live more authentically, recognising where masking has shaped relationships, routines, and environments, and identifying ways of living that better support wellbeing and autonomy.
The aim is not to change who you are, but to support you in building a way of living that feels sustainable, meaningful, and genuinely your own.
