Neurodivergent-Affirming Coaching, Family Guidance & Advocacy Support
Trauma-informed coaching and practical guidance for neurodivergent individuals, parents, and families navigating everyday challenges, relationships, and systems. Sessions focus on understanding, strategy, and building confidence — rather than deeper therapeutic exploration of identity or past experiences. If that's what you're looking for, the therapy service may be a better fit.
Benefit of Booking
Individuals, couples, parents, and families often come seeking clarity around challenges such as school, relationships, communication, or daily demands. Through supportive discussion and practical strategy-building, sessions help reduce overwhelm and identify realistic approaches that work with neurodivergent needs.

What is the service?
Sessions offer a flexible combination of psychoeducation, reflective coaching, and practical guidance. The focus is on understanding how neurodivergence interacts with environments, expectations, and systems — and identifying adjustments that support greater clarity, stability, and autonomy.
This may include navigating school transitions, family dynamics, communication difficulties, executive function challenges, or accessing support systems. Some people attend for a one-off consultation, while others find ongoing sessions helpful when navigating longer-term changes.

Parent & Family Guidance
Support for parents and caregivers navigating the dynamics of neurodivergent families — exploring ways to reduce conflict, support regulation, and create home environments that work with neurodivergent needs.
Many families are navigating intergenerational neurodivergence, with different communication styles, sensory needs, and processing patterns across family members. Some parents also find that a child's diagnosis prompts reflection on their own experiences — sessions offer space for that too.
Session length: 60 minutes
Price: £150 per session
Advocacy & Application Consultation
Practical support for individuals and families navigating services, advocating for their needs, and preparing Adult Disability Payment (ADP) or Child Disability Payment (CDP) applications.
Sessions help translate everyday experiences of neurodivergence into clear examples of support needs — covering daily living, communication, sensory regulation, and safety. Please note that applications are not completed on behalf of clients.
Practical advocacy resources are also available to support preparation and understanding.
Session length: 90 minutes
Price: £225 per session
